You start off your enterprising airline with a small fortune to purchase your first planes... only to quickly learn that millions of dollars don't go very far for a new airline.
Take your few million and purchase your first airplanes. Once you have those, you are ready to start ferrying small numbers of passengers or small amounts of cargo. If you move the products well, you will soon have enough money to purchase larger planes and increase the size of your fleet.
